The Girl in the Red Dinosaur Suit
Life unfolds. In every moment, in every direction. Usually it's just business as usual, but there's plenty happening around the periphery that's just.. weird.
Some images - the best images - stand on their own entirely, and other images are best told in a sequence. I just happened to be hanging out when two young ladies, one dressed in an inflatable dinosaur costume, happened upon my location. The one in the Dino suit began chasing beachgoers around and after I recovered from laughing my ass off, I fumbled for my camera and got to work.
All I had on me was my film Leica with a dozen frames left on a roll of Kodak Ektar160. No light meter and no time to futz with the light meter app on my iPhone. I got what I got, and it's good enough for posterity.
Still makes me laugh to see these. Always be on the looking for the funny, and the absurd.
